The program allows you to preview your prints in any of the frame and mats that they carry. The pieces are assembled, packaged, and shipped and come with a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unhappy with the quality of your print, frame, or mat for any reason, simply mail it back to FineArtAmerica within 30 days of delivery (they pay for the return shipment), and you'll receive a full refund of your purchase price, including the original shipping charge.
